Organising a pre-start to the school year

Compulsory for first-years and students having difficulties: during the last two weeks of August (starting around the 20^th). For students in their first year, there will be an opportunity to get acquainted with each other and to do essentially anything non academic, to build friendships, trust and learning skills and to discover the philosophy of the Arboretum. The students will go to the countryside for this week, and we will organise a meeting for the parents.

During the degree course itself, a pre-start will be planned for the new students of the first year as well as for the older students who have not succeeded in achieving the necessary level, or acquired the essential knowledge required in June. Refresher courses will be arranged at the Arboretum, so that students need not repeat the year and can continue on sound foundations. This refresher course will be preceded by guidance sessions organised at the beginning of July.
